Louis Leeuwin Teen Adventure

‎52 HeartKids Teens & the Cardiac Team out sailing on the Leeuwin together – all part of the HKWA & CCC Teen Transition program.

We want to empower our kids on their life journey living with Congenital Heart Disease, this is one of the ways we can assist them on the ride!

A fantastic day was had by all on board – despite the rough seas!

Coffee and Chat Mornings

This is a regular informal get together of HeartKids, parents, friends, relatives. The morning is hosted by our Support Coordinator.
Members and non members alike are welcome to these mornings.

When: Wednesdays fortnightly – 10.00am – 12.00 pm

Where: At the Kalparrin Centre, (near Occupational Therapy) Princess Margaret Hospital.
